Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Turnno, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; the updated version becomes effective upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
🔞 You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into these Terms. If you are a Creator, you must also complete identity verification.
Account Registration & Verification
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Secure authentication is supported through Google/Chrome login and Stripe for payment validation. Creators must provide valid identification in compliance with our safety, legal, and age-verification requirements.
Platform Mechanics & Content
Turnno operates via an inverse matchmaking system: Users ("Requesters") post anonymous content requests, and Creators apply to fulfill them. Creators maintain ownership of their content but grant Turnno a license to display it within the platform's services.
Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
Subscriptions (if applicable) automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Turnno does not store full payment details.
Refund & Chargeback Policy
All payments are final—no refunds are issued for subscriptions, custom content, or one-off requests. Chargebacks initiated via banks may result in loss of funds and fees to the Creator. Evidence of delivery may be required to resolve disputes.
Content Ownership & Rights
Creators retain full copyright in their work. By submitting content through Turnno, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, display, and distribute the content strictly for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. Unauthorized use of others' content is prohibited and may result in removal or account termination.
Acceptable Use & Safety
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Circumvent platform security or misuse another user's account.
- Engage in harassment, exploitation, or solicitation of real-world meet-ups.
We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
DMCA & Intellectual Property
Turnno enforces proactive DMCA takedowns to protect creators' rights. If your content is used without authorization, you may file a report, and Turnno will take action as required under copyright law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be raised in writing to privacy@turnno.com. You agree to attempt informal resolution and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing litigation.
Modification of Service & Suspension
Turnno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, content availability, or user access with or without notice. We may delete or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Stripe. We may also partner with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, or analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, U.S.A. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
